This document contains the basic terms of agreement between the developers of the UMail.NET service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") and its users. UMail.NET includes both an e-mail service and many other online services, as well as the accompanying software.

The subject of this agreement is all the above services, any of their development (new versions), as well as other issues related to usage of the Service.

The use of any UMail.NET services is possible only with the consent of the terms of their use. You can not use our services if you do not agree with any provision of the Terms. By using the service you automatically agree to all points of the Terms.

2. The service

The UMail.NET team is constantly working on improvement and development of the service. Taking this into account, you agree that characteristics of the services provided are subject to change without notice.

Unless our team does its best to provide the service on a permanent basis (24 hours per day, 7 day per week) you acknowledge and agree that UMail.NET may suspend or stop providing the service to you at any time at its discretion and without prior notice. In this case, you agree that you may lose access to your account and to all information stored in it (e-mail messages, contacts, files, etc.)

As a service user, you may stop using it at any time. You do not need to specifically notify the administration of UMail.NET in order to stop using UMail.NET.

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities.

You agree not to impede the normal operation of UMail.NET and/or provide the Service to other users.

You agree that you are not allowed to copy, reproduce or sell the UMail.NET service in any way, except when such actions were authorized to you by a special agreement with the administration of UMail.NET.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining passwords or other confidential information related to your account. Accordingly, you agree that you are solely responsible to UMail.NET and any other third-parties for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Disclaimer

UMail.NET service is provided "as is" and developers of the Service do not give you any guarantees in respect of its work.

In particular, UMail.NET makes NO warranty that:
  • Your use of the Service will meet your requirements;

  • Any information that you obtain as a result of use of the Service will be accurate and reliable;
  • Errors in the Service will be fixed.
  • The provisions of these Terms shall not affect the statutory rights inherent in you as a consumer, who by virtue of the contract you can not change, and from which you can not refuse.
4. Content in the Service

All information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files, images, videos and other materials) which you may have access to during using of UMail.NET are the sole responsibility of a person or company from which this information originated. All such information hereinafter is referred as the “Content”.
