What Is A Tag
A tag is a label linked with some object (for example, a message). Tags are used to ease the search and organization of units in a system, while any unit can be marked with multiple tags.
Example:
You've created a "Project1" tag to mark all the messages regarding a project and a "Colleagues" tag to mark the messages from your colleagues. In this case, a message from your colleague regarding the project will be marked with both tags. You can easily locate it by choosing one of these tags.

Types of Tags
There are the following types of tags:
- A standard tag:Always in a list and you can not delete it. Such tags are marked with a green color.
- A usual tag:Created by a user and marked with a black color.
- A Publicator A standard or usual tag with the capability of setting access rights. All units marked with this tag are available for the users with access rights.
Such tags are in square brackets.
Working With Tags
All tags available are shown in a special tag cloud in the left page corner. You can set a priority for any tag by using the digits 1-9. Tags with a higher priority have a larger print.
To see all the messages or contacts marked with a tag, click that tag in the tag cloud.

- Drag a tag from the tag cloud to the unit in the list.
- Use the option "Mark with a tag", choose a unit in the list and right-click above it. Finally, choose the option "Mark with a tag".
